A focal point in a small town; the Village Gazebo. A meeting place throughout the warm summer evenings where once a week band concerts take place for those who like to take in a nice evening along side the canal.

Comfortably settled
The last of the boxes which had been amassed in the living/dining area have been emptied and the flattened boxes taken to a storage place so they are out of the apartment.
Therefore the apartment is comfortably livable now; 6 days after the movers.
The only thing remaining is to hang pictures. The landlord requires that he do that.
I will schedule a time with him, then should you care to see what I hang, I will post some after that appointment.

The Canal is now Full...
An Earlier post showed the Erie canal in its empty state; its hibernation state during the winter with hardly any water.
In early May the canal is filled once again as the boating season once again begins.
